Trafoi: the cross-country ski circuit (skating and classical)
lies at a height of 1640 m and is 6 km in length. It runs directly from
the village through the romantic spruce forest to the pilgrimage place
at the Three Holy Wells. Open between Christmas and Easter.
Prato allo Stelvio The cross-country ski circuit (skating
and classical) close to the Church of St. John lies at a height of 900m
and comprises a circular circuit 2.5 km in length. If the snowfall is
sufficient, this circuit, which is illuminated after dark, will be open
from December until March.

Winter walks

Taking your time and enjoying the unspoilt landscape with all your
senses is unbridled luxury. Follow the snowshoes tracks and feel the
ground beneath your feet. Enjoy the views. Be free. On these winter
walks, the crunching of the snow beneath your feet and your own
breathing will be the only sounds that you will hear.

Prato allo Stelvio A winter walk along the bottom of the
Prad valley is a must. At the foot of the Ortler, the wind is completely
still and you will get a unique view of the winter mountains of Venosta.
This is an ideal activity for those people who do not want to spend
every day on the piste. Because of the low level of the village (900m)
most of the walks around Prad are open throughout the winter. Winter
walkers will find some 40 km of walks to explore in and around Prad.
Stelvio &
Gomagoi: Here, on the sunny side of the valley, after a hard day’s
skiing, you can relax along the different paths and enjoy the
magnificent views over Venosta.
Trafoi: 3 km of prepared winter walks from the village to the
Three Holy Wells.
Solda: The 7 km long historical and cultural walk makes a welcome
alternative activity in the winter period.
Ice Skating

Prato allo Stelvio The artificial ice rink in the Prad
sporting complex is open from December to February. Information about the opening hours you can receive at the tourist office. Skates can be
hired on the spot.
Tennis

Solda: 2 Tennis courts at the sports centre in Solda.
